      Pros

      Cool product in an interesting space. Some of the most talented people I've ever worked with. Very much a no-drama environment.

      Cons

      Remote can be a challenge for some people, but they've done a lot to help foster a good culture and establish remote work processes.

      interesting engineering problems, work/life balance, great remote culture, smartest and most thoughtful people I've ever worked with

      Cons

      solving difficult engineering problems is tough work and means that you'll be on your toes a lot (probably not really a con)
