      Pros

      They say they hire nice people, and they mean it. People are genuinely kind and open, and they care about each other and get excited about each other's accomplishments. The people who work here are incredibly smart and talented, and it's really exciting seeing what they are building! We have in-person company retreats at different locations, three times a year and it's always fun to spend time together, then be able to go back to our remote working life. Also, no meeting Tuesday, and the freedom to work autonomously is a huge perk. I am not micro managed and I love that.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons, but if you're a person that's not used to a start up environment where you are wearing lots of hats, it could be a tough fit.

      Pros

      - Work/Life Balance - Company Retreats - No Meeting Tuesdays - a focus on deep work - Great Culture - Wonderful, Brilliant, Hard Working Co-workers - The ability to work on a Product that is changing the industry.

      Cons

      Not really anything to share, but that at times "fully Remote" is limiting when you have a problem, but they are putting processes and procedures in place to help limit the frustrations.
