      Pros

      Worked for a Hilton property that Highgate was managing, came with Hilton employee rates and benefits. Meals were provided on this property and I was able to travel to other locations to help as Taskforce to train and help with opening.

      Cons

      HR was a little tense We had constant rotation in management eventually they. hired an outside company to come in and manage for awhile who was also assessing how to better run the food outlet in which I worked. Benefits were somewhat expensive. No union.
