they usually post lots of position in different department or different hotels, so more chance if you willing to go higher

Cons

pushing really hard, if you not ready or falling behind then sorry...sometimes people left because of this kind of uncomfortable

Overtime hours are a given, adds up quickly.

Cons

Lack of "value or worth" from corporate. Took on to many hotels at once without a very firm solid foundation or plan to build from.

the pay was decent when you include bonuses - but hard to make goals when there are so many obstacles due to the team being unhappy and unmotivated.
