I cannot say enough good things about working for Highgate. It is truly a unique company in that they really do put their people first and have a genuine sense of care. As a Human Resources professional, it was something that was a priority for me. Highgate has really given me a platform to shine and leverage my skills to make a meaningful impact. The accessibility to people at all levels of the company is amazing. If you tell leadership where you want to go, they will do whatever they can to help you get there.
