Pros

Pay was decent, co-workers were easy to get along with.

Cons

Turnover rate was high, management did not last longer than a few months, union front office/bell staff were frustrated with lack of management, did not have proper structure. Excessive call outs made it frequently difficult to find coverage with an already frustrated staff.
