Pros

Not much I can say

Cons

No earned pto or sick time, no thank you or gratitude. Very rude and ONLY care about money and the guests as long as they are getting paid. No raises despite being told we’d get a yearly raise also get another raise with a raised minimum wage and nothing done.

Pros

Benefits were OK, corporate people were nice but inexperienced.

Cons

Highgate bought out my hotels management company, but seemed inexperienced on actually managing a select service hotel. Our RDO had no operations experience, and getting corporate assistance on property level stuff was like pulling teeth. The transition from the previous company to Highgate was rough, and I wasn't keen to see if they could right the ship long term. Also pretty vague on advancement opportunities, but again maybe they just needed time I wasn't willing to give...
