Pros

Highgate is a fast growing company with a huge presence in the NYC market and it is now extending to Europe and the Caribbean. There is plenty of opportunities for growth within the company and you have the ability to experience different brands and positions, it all depends on you . Mr. Barick and the leadership team in the corporate office are very approachable and genuinely care about your feedback.

Would like to see hotels in the Asian and Latin American market

Great management, benefits, and work environment! I am never afraid to ask questions, and get the proper training when needed . It is a generally positive atmosphere, and a great team to be a part of.
