pay medical vacation treats employees well - celebrations, fun meetings, rewards, cash incentives, voices heard

in new hotels sometimes a lot of change at the beginning and your job may be eliminated

Pros

Highgate is very aggressive in the industry and they are looking for like-minded individuals! That said, this is the company for eager professionals that want to learn the business and truly make an impact. Comp and benefit plans are extremely competitive so much that it allows you to make tons of money while fulfilling your passion and changing the world of hospitality.
