Pros

Straight out of college the highgate company gave me a chance at the front desk as a GSA. With in a year I was given the opportunity to be a manager. This company wants its employees to grow with in. They are a great company to become a part of.

Cons

The company does not have any downfalls.

Pros

Very efficient systems, unlike many other companies, as a manager you are not asked to waste too much time on redundant reports, everything is about actually getting things done. Senior leadership listens and allows you to be entrepreneurial in order to improve your hotel's performance. Great support system with corporate structure, lots of subject matter experts in the company to assist with virtually any discipline.

Cons

Wish there were more resorts properties in the portfolio
