Good Benefits, 401k company match, hotel discounts, phone stipend.

Cons

Almost a toxic company culture. Hard to work with a team when nobody is held accountable. So much dishonesty among coworkers. It seems like even some of the executive staff is given too much to handle and push profit and revenue goals that they can't support their teams.

I really cannot think of one. This company does not care about it’s associates and does not believe in a work/life balance.

Cons

Unprofessional leadership team. Poor benefits. Toxic work environment. Long work hours. Lack of company culture that exists in many other hotel companies in the hospitality industry.
