      Pros

      I have been working for our company for more than 6 years. I love how diverse we are. I am surrounded by very knowledgeable, caring, friendly and genuine people. Especially in my division we have people who will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, loved and supported. Here the opportunities are endless! if you have the desire to do more, to apply yourself to grow in every way, then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Work life balance can be challenging at times, we move in a very fast speed but because it is so exciting you work too much! I will agree that the employee discount program can be better, especially including a user friendly way and access to all the amazing properties we have in our portfolio.

      I have worked with Highgate for 8 years and my favorite part of working for this company has been the growth opportunities available. I have received 4 promotions and hope to continue growing within the company. Hard work is rewarded and recognized. The Highgate team is first class. If you are passionate about hospitality and genuinely focused on your career this is the company for you.

      Pros

      Highgate is a good company to work for. I think the difference is that my superiors seem to *want* to do a good by the people. They *want* to treat associates fairly and do what's right. My bosses are nice and value a work/life balance, which is important to me. With a big company things can fall through the cracks but good intention is definitely there. Also it's growing at warp speed so there is career growth available for virtually anyone who truly wants it.

      Cons

      There's a lot of chiefs/leaders so wires can get crossed sometimes.
