Pros

Very diverse group of professionals. Overall gives much upward mobility to employees. Several colleagues of mine were promoted during my time.

Cons

Several of my colleagues were also fired during their tenure with little notice and for mysterious reasons. Instead of leaving people where they are and training them further, they seem to prefer letting them go.

Full Life Commitment but Rewarding

Pros

A lot of room for growth. Excellent people to learn from. They recognize hard work and promote from within.

Cons

Very long hours. Minimum of 10 hour day and flexibility required. You will need to put in your time in a lower end position before being able to move up (pretty standard amongst the industry). Salary might be slightly lower than competitive but they will promote you if you work hard.
