      Some nice coworkers. Interesting hotels / growing portfolio. Good compensation once you prove yourself.

      High turnover. Feel disposable. Toxic management. Impersonal and fake.

      Pros

      Have a multiple of locations to work at. If you luckly enough to works at a property with a good GM, he can shield the staff from the corporate office. They do represent some high quality brands.

      Cons

      The corporate office has no social skills. They continually talk down to managers. They have the feeling as if they are god almightly and everyone should be at their beckon call no mater what time of day or night. It's like their all on an ego trip. The true owners need to see how their team treats people, perhaps they really don't care.
