Pros

Good opportunities for growth from below corporate level, good brands in portfolio.

Cons

Has gone downhill the last 5 years, spreading too thin, taking away vacation, holidays, any additional bonus' from past years, etc. Doesn't understand the smaller hotels and only focuses on their large full service properties. Only recognizes they want to take care of people when they resign and it's too late.

Investment in education, growth, and feedback-oriented improvements to the employee experience. You will not be able to remain stagnant within this company. Change is imminent for the betterment of the experience for all.

Cons

If you don’t adjust well to change or want to find a place to be steady and stagnant, Highgate isn’t the company for you!
