Hotel owners hired Highgate and nothing has improved. They lie to employees, promised to renovate and bring in more business. So far have done absolutely zero renovations and continue to deflect customers to their other properties. They are destroying the business and are hell bent on trying to get rid of long time union employees.

The support from corporate has been exemplary, fostering a culture where everyone, from corporate executives to hourly staff, genuinely looks out for one another.
