Pros

Benefits. Usually manageable workload. HR is especially responsive. Overall friendly environment.

Cons

Constant employee turnover makes for some hectic weeks during transition to full team. Weak connection among staff and SOME management.

Pros

They have free snacks and great hotel discounts for luxury hotels. Bonus is very nice if you last long enough to get it.

Cons

Micromanaged! There’s little to no room for growth. It’s a revolving door here and people leave all the time. No training provided and it’s very disorganized. Management is a complete joke and plays favorites. HR is very unprofessional and rude. They will not hesitate to replace you in a heartbeat. The benefits are not the best and high deductibles. The culture is really bad and it feels like you’re going to jail everyday instead of work. It’s not worth it even if the pay and bonus is good. Long hours, they expect you to be there even if you have plans. Stay away!
