Full of Aloha in Hawaii

Pros

The Highgate family welcomed me to the team with warmest aloha. The Hawaii region team is exactly what hospitality should be. Guest service and employee support are on point, and the hotels are going through major capital improvements to be competitive.

Cons

There is limited parking in Waikiki.

Pros

Knowledgeable staff, great Director of Front Office.

Cons

Not a very nice hotel so constantly dealing with guest complaints. Front office staff has been there for years so difficult to get them to respect you. Long varying hours, not very fulfilling.
