Shady company with toxic culture

Pros

Loved my team, Area GM and some nice people from the Corporate office. Senior VPs were amazing! Love Tom!

Cons

Shady VPs, micromanagement, favoritism, unethical business practices! I would not let some VPs run a motel considering their work ethics. They are extremely unfriendly unless you are one of their favorites. HR will only care about issues as long as there is a possible lawsuit!

Huge selection of properties (tremendous room for growth), diverse team, good benefits/programs.

Cons

Below average on pay scale, high pressure to perform with reduced/limited resources, Salaried employees often go over 50 hrs a week, no real work/life balance even when hourly.
