Zero work/ life balance

Pros

Matching 401k, competitive salaries, decent benefits, on-site gyms that no one has time to use because they are constantly working

Cons

As many other reviewers have mentioned, HM Health Solutions has become a horrible place to work. Zero work/ life balance. Work from home was taken away in most depts. but still no consistent policy published to employees. Remote and part-time workers were told to relocate near HM or lose job/ part-time workers were forced to except full-time positions or be fired; all with very little notice and no formal interactions with HR. Management does not care about employees; constantly threaten to move jobs overseas if you express any disagreement. Constant overtime... And not just staying an extra hour or two. Forced to work 3, even 4 weekends per month and stay up all night until delirious from lack of sleep. As exempt "employees", you are not compensated for any of it. I used to justify the weekend work because of the flexibility and work from home, but now that they have taken that, it's just not worth it. New employees can't be trained properly because the current employees are so overworked. Constantly changing policies and procedures are not well documented, also making training difficult. Whenever we think it can't get worse, it does. Everyone is miserable. So sad to see a company I love, turn into this.

Cons

Lack of work-life balance Employees are just a number Lack of respect for employees by leadership Poor communication at ALL levels; cannot stress this one enough!

Pros

Challenging, and opportunities to take on new roles and grow your knowledge and experience.

Cons

Employees are nothing more than a number to the upper management and the executive leadership is not in touch with the workforce. If you do not fall into the mold with a 4 year degree, experience does not matter and there is no room for advancement.
