Pros
I enjoyed the ability to be able to work from home on occasion, and if I needed to call off for an appointment or feeling sick, I did not get any negative feedback.
Cons
In the current state of things, your job is not secure. I was laid off (as well as hundreds of others) without warning, yet they are hiring new employees for those same jobs/positions they laid people off from. They tell you how you have the opportunity to grow within the company, yet they look to lay people off and bring in new employees to pay at a lower rate. For a non-profit company, all they care about is the bottom line, not the employees.
