Pros

They all went away a decade ago. Work from anywhere? Oh, wait, they were just kidding about that one, too.

Cons

The constant shifting of strategy, reorgs (and layoffs), and the constant shifting keeps anything from being implemented or showing value. It doesn't help that people who are all talk (no action) are the ones who are promoted. The Highmark culture is designed to keep people down and is THE most toxic environment that I have ever worked in. So much talent has fled in the past year! There is a real lack of caring or doing the right thing - it's just about looking good. Peek behind the curtain, and you will see. Go somewhere that values you and will invest in you.
