Nothing ever is as it seems. Had to sign a letter of arbitration at merger. Management unaware of skills and continues to push harder on employees.one would think they want a person to quit to get to the employee numbers that was in the agreement thereby getting around the payout

The IT support has deteriorated and makes it difficult to perform day to day activities. The lean process is not working and production support activities are always late or defective

Work from home. Thats it.

Zero job security. They’ll tell you not to worry they’re not outsourcing but then you’ll find out your supervisors are going to the Philippines to train. They have “call concentration” meetings w Concentrix and offshore reps. Literally training them to take our jobs. Upper management members are resigning. They are outsourcing all jobs. It’s just a matter of time before it hits all of us. They hire in bulk and then terminate in masses. The hiring is a smoke screen for what is really going on. My resume is updated and I’m searching for a job. Do NOT even waste your time. Your job is going to be outsourced. It is just a matter of time.
