Pros

experience in the real world; large bonuses; cube environment; wonderful cafeteria; pleasant security staff; patient dedicated administrative staff and talented non-management staff.

Cons

management; cut throat human resource staff, positions eliminated in a heartbeat; political environment; unfriendly upper management; who you know gets you promoted mentality.

Pros

The benefits are good and they provide plenty of time off. Immediate management is understanding and easy to work with.

Cons

The company was good to work for when it was local. With the merger with Highmark, it will cease to exist in WV. Management responsibilities are being shifted to managers and supervisors who aren't local and it's difficult to communicate easily.
