Work from home programs. Health benefits. Salaries competitive for a price

Cons

No work life balance. No transparency. Loosing knowledge and talent in exchange to save money. Long hours no work life balance. Lost the happy employee happy customer feeling. Customer is going to feel the pain. No loyalty.

Knowledgeable employees company has the initiative to grow and change. Taking good risk to grow. Blue Cross Blue Shield brand.

Cons

Leaders are insufficient and no development opportunities for employees. Inconsistent messaging and follow- through. High salary for those who do not deliver and lack of growth and opportunity which was not always the case. Company has suffered since Dr. Ken Melani was dismissed and the uncertainty and lack of direction is felt at all levels. Skimming of benefits no longer makes us competative and new leaders are sinking due to the lack of innovation and stale mindsets. Company is not forward thinking and will not allow those that do not fit the mold to share their insights.

The pay checks don't bounce. But that's about it. The people are nice to work with if they hang around.

Cons

Overwhelming lack of prioritization and planning by leadership. Top heavy with new executives who came from manufacturing or other unrelated fields. Little respect for experienced, knowledgeable, long term employees. Dwindling benefits. Offshoring and outsourcing to the extreme. Poor work/life balance.
