Pros

Worked with a good team that produced quality marketing materials and websites. Hours and pay were good. Enjoyed the challenges and I developed my skills.

Cons

Some projects took too long to complete because too many people had to be involved or give their approval. Sometimes didn't have enough quality work to challenge me.

Pros

Good people, made a lot of permanent friends. Used to be a great place to work, then the changes. Nice gym, but with 30 min lunch who can go anymore?

Cons

3CEO changes in 3 years, continuous management change. No one is an expert at their job, they took all that ways, we used to know what we were doing, now it's hit and miss. Management ran, they knew what was coming and moved on. Left the rest of us to sink or swim, or move on and lots moved on. If you hear the words " change management" at your job.....runnnnnnn. Pay is poor compared to other Insurers, 15% less Considering it is a Health care provider and a health insurer, the stress levels are out of this world. People should not be made sick by ther jobs.

Pros

Has been a very good company to work for over the years. The people working in the trenches are for the most part very dedicated to the customers. Benefits and pay are ok. Certain areas are very flexible with alternative work arrangements.

Cons

Recently it seems like the company direction is ever changing. I understand having to change due to market conditions but sometimes you need to stay the course too. Raises have been very poor in recent years even for high performers and the company seems to put a high value on outside talent while neglecting its inside people.
