      Pros

      Great company culture, great people The company cares about you as an employee, about their customers and about the product- it's evident everyday You're provided with all the resources you need to succeed Fantastic product that customers love and Hightower employees are proud of Feel like a valued contributor Great benefits, lots of perks - even the small things like lunch provided daily, snacks whatever you need Vacation policy is awesome The company trusts you as an employee - and that creates a great atmosphere to work in The CEO, Founders and management are all really great people- approachable and inspiring

      Cons

      Cons are really limited- loving the experience here. The only issues, which are minor revolve around the occasional customer request or item that requires extra focus- but when you are done with a project like that, your work is recognized and its something to be proud of.

      Pros

      The company atmosphere and culture at Hightower is all I could ask for in a working environment. Everyone is extremely open and welcoming from the time you walk through the door, and continue to work towards building personal relationships. The work is demanding but fair, and expectations are clearly laid out and any help necessary to reach goals is given. The work-life balance is very reasonable, and any time off needed to take care of personal matters is granted without question. I cannot recommend Hightower more highly.

      Pros

      Great product that is solving real problems, for a massive industry. Customers who love what we do (and really want to buy it!). Great team and leadership, feels like we're all aligned to build something special...and there is a clear vision on who we are, what we want to be and where the company is going. A unique level of transparency / access from the leadership team.

      Cons

      Constant balancing act, a ever changing and dynamic environment, which can be stressful at times. It's a good problem to have (growing so quickly) but there is a lot to do and as is the case with start-ups, no crystal clear playbook for everything. I feel growing pains sometimes as roles / needs / teams evolve. But I think this is hard to avoid where there is fast growth.
