Pros
Showing up to work every day with a team of smart, motivated people really makes a difference. It can be challenging as we navigate and create new processes inherent with a start-up, but I've never felt so supported and sparked by the a group of people at work. Beyond the team, the product provides real value to an industry and it's great to be building relationships with customers that are genuinely as satisfied and excited about it as us.
Cons
None specifically, beyond the typical growing pains of out-growing our office space. Even with that "hassle," we've all found creative ways to make this space (and other spaces!) work until our new office buildout is complete.
