- Leadership: Hands down the best leadership I've ever had - supportive, grounded, thoughtful, motivational, fun, fair - Team: Really fun, yet mature/cerebral team. It's a group that I fit well in both personally and professionally, and we've managed to maintain hiring standards / culture / fit as we've grown. - Product: Incredible technology, well-designed software. Our product team is first class, and I love how much the product is shaped by real-world experiences and customer feedback. - Market: Commercial real estate is ripe for tech innovation, and it's really cool to work for a company that is at the forefront of change in the industry.
Cons
- Typical growing pains: need more space, scale back on meetings, etc.
