      Pros

      This is a really exciting time for the company. We are growing like crazy and there are opportunities being created everywhere. Senior leaders have done a really good job of instiling passion for where we are headed as a company. New leadership is awesome and seems to be taking us in the right direction. The culture here is tight-knit and co-workers really respect each other. I feel fortunate to be part of this team and come to work every day.

      Cons

      This company is really focused on performance and I don't think slackers can survive here. I also encourage leaders to keep their pulse on the culture to make sure we don't lose it as we grow.

      Pros

      - Small, close-knit team looking to move fast - Mission is to reduce risk and save lives - Lots of ownership and independence for each person, and it is coupled to strong strategy and vision - Genuine group of good people who like working together - Great new office when you want to come in and comprehensive remote strategy when you don't

      Cons

      There is 10x more work to do than we have people, so the pressure to perform is high. For a small company, we are somewhat widely distributed already which can occasionally be challenging with time zones and collaboration.

      Pros

      Overall, one of the best places to work. There are endless opportunities to grow and explore in your career. The culture is vibrant, friendly, and understanding. It is truly inspiring to work for a company that wants to put in as much time and effort into you that you put into them. Managers are very hands on and will take time out of their day to help you if needed. The compensation and benefits are great as well. This is a fast growing company with professionals who are passionate about safety and it will be amazing to see the growth over the next couple of years.

      Cons

      There are next to no cons of working at ConstructSecure. Possibly having more flexibility with working remotely to balance the home-work life would be nice but the company is absolutely more than understanding with letting employees work remotely in cases of appointments / other events.
