      - Small team that is looking to grow each month rapidly, - Company has a great mission of elevating partners in the construction and safety industries, - Ability to work closely with leadership while having ownership in your own domain

      Pros

      Incredible market opportunity. Generous benefits and compensation. New executive team with vision and history of execution. Customer feedback on the product has been very positive. Pricing model is aligned with clients.

      Cons

      Smaller startup (~40 employees) which is rapidly scaling after its first growth capital injection - this means you wear many hats and must be able to deal with shifting priorities. Emerging tech stack creates some manual work that could be automated, but leadership has been very open to this feedback and works to implement changes quickly where they make sense.
