It is truly inspiring to work for a company that wants to put in as much time and effort into you that you put into them. Managers are very hands on and will take time out of their day to help you if needed. The compensation and benefits are great as well. This is a fast growing company with professionals who are passionate about safety and it will be amazing to see the growth over the next couple of years.

The product has been around since 2008, but with a recent investment and new leadership, we're starting to grow really rapidly. It's exciting to see new people joining the team every few weeks. Leadership is fantastic, both the founding team and the new leaders. Everyone is extremely smart and focused, but also very down to earth and approachable. Ideas are strongly encouraged and genuinely valued. With such a high growth company, there's a ton of career advancement potential down the line. I can tell that this is a high performing company, and a place where awesome people can really carve a path for themselves. Most of all, we have a really good product and some very impressive customers. I'm new to the company, and one of the reasons I decided to join was seeing how successful the founding team has been.
