Terrible management, miss managed in every angle. So much attention to competition within one another that they don't look at the greater picture. WORK. No teamwork at all

Pros

The people dynamic is positive. Employees do value their roles and jobs. Easy to get along with. One can wear many hats in his/her role. Health care benefits are paid for by the company. Year end bonuses. A good place to get hands on experience because it is a producing facility. Growing Establishment.

Cons

Salary is very low. No flexibility with vacation/ personal/ sick time. Taking time off is frowned upon. Management cannot make a decision about any processes put into place so mistakes occur because there is always an exception to consider. Micromanagement occurs here too.
