      Pros

      I have a great manager. My job is interesting and challenging and I love it.

      Cons

      There is no company culture. There are department cultures, so some may work for great leaders and others don’t. Company expectations to achieve goals or deadlines are unrealistic. Do more with less is the approach here. Everyone I know feels tired, overworked and under appreciated. IT has gone through a huge re-org but I’m not sure it’s addressing inefficiencies of some people and is just changing titles. How are people on the business side going to see improvements with roadblocks to innovation?

      Hybrid work schedule, cubicle community, small events that individual offices create

      Cons

      Horrible HR leaders especially the director, lots of nepotism, don't worry about being smart, they only want bunch of yes people. No growth for people who lack connections. Friends hire friends ignoring any intelligence, lack growth and strategy, and bunch of retirees with no intent to teach the early/mid-careerists for a better organization.

      Good collaboration with peers. Spacious office

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Intense micromanaging, digital surveillance, and high productivity expectations, leading to a toxic work environment. Minimal PTO is not separate from sick time, 10 days per year for FT employees to use for days off or illness.
