Pros
Fair vacation schedule, and if you "pad" your resume prior to being hired, they will believe you and you'll get paid much higher than your worth.
Cons
There is no "Leadership" except from the Salespeople who mentor those around them. "Sales Leadership" has been seen bidding jobs vs their Sales People, hiding the fact and then losing the jobs. There are reports of how one person get's charged "negative commissions" on a job while others are allowed to work with "whatever rates they want". They fire/"let go" of employees when they decide they can save money by not keeping them and their largest accounts in certain markets were likely brought in by former sales people who were either forced out or let go completely despite being top producers in the company. They have "accounts managers" who are just order takers to prevent from having to pay commission to the people who brought in the business. Leadership is a joke. There is no values in a company like this where they just hide behind Virginia Law and not pay employees but go silent instead. TO JOB SEEKERS: IF you decide this is the only option you have, move to another market or file for unemployment; better than working here. Other companies are hiring and do actually pay better wages.
