. Some of the employees are good to be around. . Hybrid work schedule

Cons

. Poor management . Toxic environment . Micro management . Poor pay . Ridiculously expensive insurance . Good ol boys only get promoted (unless you're family) . Long summer hours . Cliques galore . Minimal opportunity for advancement . Understaffed The best thing about Hilldrup, was LEAVING Hilldrup.

Some of the people enjoyed their jobs and were pleasant to be around. They treat the people at HQ well.

Cons

Not enough room to write. Toxic work environment. Management was more concerned with making a profit and less concerned with the people or the outside relationships. Would charge negative commission to some people and adjust sales rates for others to prevent negative commissions. VERY POOR LEADERSHIP. Need new management, desperately
