Great team support but disappointing and unfair bonus experience

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.

Pros

Personable leaders at the RVP level. Spirit to win and be the best. Fast paced. Perfect workspace for a competitor.

Cons

Though I love the entrepreneurial spirit of the company, and the quick pace, I'm aware it's not for everyone. Traveling LMs and CMs could be beneficial to assist with onboarding and training new Managers.
