      Constantly hiring externally for senior positions has diluted the culture Pay and bonuses are not anywhere near market value If you want to move up you need to go where they tell you.

      Great products - Management has lost what made it great

      Great products and internal support when needed.

      Cons

      Management has lost their way. Used to be a fun job, but now has turned into a position where you LIVE in Salesforce.com. That is all that matters, and they just keep making it more complicated. Now like working 2 jobs.
