Often times it is more valuable to other Account Managers to spend time squatting orders from others instead of effectively growing their own business,(although if you don't monitor your own territory carefully others will take advantage of you.) Creates a culture where there is little trust/team work. Often had to complete tasks just to complete tasks which may or may not help the bottom line goal of growing sales in your territory.
