Pros

You will get a chance to be in the field vs. being stuck in an office. Hilti pays for great RED shirts.

Cons

The Pay at Hilti is VERY LOW and management seems to not care about keeping people for the long haul.

if you are willing to change cities consistently you can move up in the company with hard work. when economic times are good things are much better.

Cons

hilti is a decent place to work but most people are underpaid and not valued as they tell you you are
