Pros

Plain & simple, the people. It is the only good reason to think about working there, or even thinking about not leaving the organziation.

Cons

Leadership lacks respect & confidence from most. Too often they change the "focus of the day". Then the follow-up for accountability is highly lacking.

Pros

Flexibility to work the hours I want to for the most part. Good benefits for the family. Friendly co-workers and good coffee during meetings.

Cons

Really early starts sometimes at 5am. Responding to jobsite emergencies frequently. Way too much paperwork and micromanagement. No straight answers from management when things go wrong. Wearing and driving red. No opportunity for top performers to make uncapped income. Limited career mobility unless you want to move to BFE.
