Chaos abounds from the Executives on down. The give direction, so the teams work in that direction. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, the direction changes...over and over and over. Millions, if not billions, of dollars are wasted in shifting directions and priorities. If you can learn to roll with it, it's a great place to be, but if you like clear direction, it'll drive you mad! Oh, and the pay is pretty low too.

As a remote employee, there were rare opportunities to meet or have the ability to work with your coworkers as one would in an office environment. Our team meetings were always over the phone rather than using zoom or video conferencing. There were times it felt as if you were on an island, left to fend for yourself without a support system. The companies computer system was convoluted, forcing you to log in to many sites, programs or pages to find information needed. Low wage increases.
