      Pros

      Good benefits, free lunch, tips, hotel discount, lots of flexibility, great way to focus on social skills and interact with adults in a team environment.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth, base pay is very low and raises aren't offered.

      Pros

      It's a family of incredibly talented professionals that enjoy and respect each other and their ideas. The collaborative spirit is a joy to experience daily and provides a learning and sharing environment. With everybody's primary focus being to provide every guest/customer (inside and out) an excellent user and guest experience, while ensuring each individual is able to constantly develop in their area of expertise by growing their scope of knowledge and adding specialties while being the leader in the industry.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes longer to projects completed and implemented due to the size of the organization. However, this is always a focus and improving consistently.
