Poor management, toxic culture, early starts, late finishes, weekends, lack of growth

Everyone there dislikes their job - a huge sign. Managers don't listen to staff and are disliked as they are disrespectful. Worst communication I've ever seen. I was lied to in the job interview, about the pay and what my duties would involve. Staff forbidden from having any non-alcoholic drinks from the bar or eating left over food from the kitchen. In terms of diversity, magagement is either Spanish speaking or Indian and they prefer to speak in their own languages between them
