It's ok to work with hilton

There's a lot of benefits and people are nice. We really work as a team. The rate is higher as well.

Cons

Hilton has union. So their priority is seniority. They will give less hours at first but when they really like u they will ask u to work in some departments to get hours.

Not a Hilton but instead an incompetent Atrium property

Pay is all that is good but it cost full time employees their hours. That is the only pro to position

Cons

Full time employees only getting two days a week and failure of ordering system and juked food cost numbers makes this position a trap or a good place for a quick cash position

Good discount all over the world. Good management and community activities. Good benefits. I would reccomend it to anyone. Management works with you if you ever need time off.

Cons

Management could definitely use better training and the property could use a lot of refurbishment. Overall not too many cons.
