Hilton's Property Internship Program is a great way to get your foot in the door in the hospitality industry. I applied with no direct hospitality experience and learned more than I could imagine about this industry in just one summer. Hilton really treats you well, even as an intern, which is untrue for a lot of companies.

Pay was not good, annual raises which were great but they were usually 10 cents or less. The guests and some of my co-workers were the only real thing I enjoyed about the job.
