Good Advancement Opportunities; long hours and bad pay
Pros
The company values pleasant, honest and committed individuals. For those who do a great job here, there is a lot of room for growth and expansion within the company. However, you have to be willing to put in very long hours and be very committed to the company. It's an excellent job for those beginning their careers, or are in University. The group of employees you work with are also pretty great. Like the company's values, the individuals they hire are cut from the same cloth. This helps aid in making it a nice place to work.
Cons
The biggest challenge is the work-life balance. Don't expect to have a lot of time to yourself or your life outside of work. There also are not a lot of benefits or perks. You get a small raise at the end of each year, and an even smaller bonus for Thanksgiving (both of which are so small it is hard to call them "raises" or "bonuses"). Managers, in particular, do not receive any extra benefits or "prizes" that they occasionally hand out to associates.
