      Great culture and company but has its flaws

      Pros

      - Great PTO policy - 5 weeks right off the bat - Team Member rate is decent, able to get discounted hotel rooms during off peak season - Great team culture, there are often many team member events from pizza day, food truck day and movie screenings.

      Cons

      - Small teams which result in long hours - Very cliquey and gossipy environment - Certain Directors and VPs dominate all decisions/conversations and is more about who you know than the actual work. - Open seating environment. Directors and below all sit in an open seating, and no one wants to talk on the phone or talk to each other out loud because it is distracting to others and no one has any privacy. -Working from home because of the open seating environment is frowned upon.
