Pros

Work at home, laid back atmosphere, travel discounts

Cons

Not a very challenging job, terrible pay, hated "pretending" I was located on site in a hotel or city I never visited, being forced to pitch vacation sale to every caller.

Great starting job for college students.

Pros

Great group of coworkers, management was just as nice. Promotions usually involved moving to different cities, which is not good as a college student.

Cons

As mentioned above, growth was hard due to having to move to other cities. Assistants were often chosen based on who had best personality and not best ideas for the company.

Pros

Five weeks of vacation annually

Cons

This review applies to Hilton Corporate Positions Only: Intensely political environment with the operating efficiency of a government bureaucracy (think DMV), organized into silos that compete for influence and power, destroying company value in the process. Talent and contribution is sidelined by brown-nosing. Meritocracy is an alien concept. Turnover is high.
