      Pros

      Well known brand, great for experience, good benefits, recognition of individual achievements and opportunities to develop in the industry. Good work life balance. Hilton University is great to learn about core values, way of doing business and to develop skills that are required for growth.

      Cons

      Low salary, very demanding guests, lot of pressure on staff to provide the best service possible and to give customers the best experience. Need to have the ability to not take complaints personally during times when the pressure is high on the employees.

      I found that I was promised many thing that I never got.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the customers but that's all I can say that's nice about the Hilton.

      Cons

      I was never offered Health Insurence they dropped the ball insuring my family was taken care of. The upper management only cared about the numbers and not fixing the true problems. I was let go and they refused to give me my PTO Time because I told them I need my health Insurance.
